Interacting with animals have been proven to have many significant health benefits for humans such as lowered heart rate, and blood pressure, as well as decreasing the incidents of depression. According to the Delta Society here is a list of other known benefits of dog ownership:

· Children who have dogs tend to be more self-reliant, sociable, and less selfish than children without pets.

· Elderly people with dogs are better able than non-pet-owning elderly people to cope with daily activities.

· Owning a dog gives isolated people a routine, a sense of purpose, and a sense of fulfillment that helps prevent depression and loneliness.

· Stroking and patting a dog can be relaxing, which is measured by a slower heart rate and a drop in blood pressure.

· Owning a dog can help reduce the risk of asthma.

· Dog owners are more likely to survive heart attacks than non-pet owners are.

· The presence of a dog can ease the effects of Alzheimer’s.

· People with dogs have been found to have lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels when compared to people who do not.

To start lets discuss what happens during the Violet Flame Clearing. As the flame is woven through each of the energy centers or chakras it will come across blockages. These areas are most likely holding negativity, limiting beliefs or behavior patterns.

in person or from a distance as the two are equally as effective. Most likely you will also feel physical sensation as I work on a chakra that is holding a blockage. It is possible that you could feel temporary discomfort as the flame is moving through the blockage and establishing a healthy flow of energy in the area.

The discomfort seems to subside as the energy works through the problematic area and your body becomes more in tune with the higher vibration. The Violet Flame Clearing works on the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies. Experience has shown that the discomfort lessens the more you work with the Violet Flame Clearing. Violet Flame Clearing

The process of preparing for a Violet Flame Clearing is really quite simply yet could present a challenge for some. All you really need to do to be prepared is to be willing to release that which no longer suits you. This could come in the form of negativity, limiting beliefs, or patterns of behavior.

I must stress this as being crucial because if you are not willing to release the issue there is no amount of work that I could do to release it for you. This is a reflection of every individual having free will. You have the ability to choose if you wish to hold onto the issue or release the issue at any point in your life. No other person will ever be able to release an issue for you without your willingness, regardless of what they might tell you.

This is why the last line of the clearing decree states, “Transmute Any Karmic Debris I AM Willing to Let Go Of.”

Now if you want to take the preparation a step further I would suggest identifying the actual issues you want to release. Lets say for instance that you have a difficulty saying no when friend or relative asks a favor of you even though you may not actually want to do that which is asked of you. This could be attributed to a limiting belief that has created a pattern of behavior which would ultimately lead to negativity.

So here we have one instance with three characteristics that can be cleared with the Violet Flame Clearing. First your limiting belief could be one of acceptance. It is possible you feel that in order to be accepted by others you must always respond to their requests for fear of rejection if you say no. This has turned into a patterned behavior because you end up always saying yes regardless if it is in your best interest to perform the favor or not.

 Ultimately if you are doing things that you really do not want to be doing you will have resentment for doing it and it leads to negativity surrounding the initial favor that was asked of you.

Next I would recommend identifying where in your energy system or chakra the present issue resides. In our example this would be a third or solar plexus chakra related issue. The solar plexus governs personal power, individuality, asserting oneself, having a sense of self, and believing in one’s self. Most likely while receiving the clearing you would feel activity taking place in this chakra.

If you take the initiative in doing this work and have a sincere willingness to let go of the issue when receiving the Violet Flame Clearing you will be on your way to success and I congratulate you as you will be a step closer to your authentic self.
